Astira names Lunon its AI transformation partner

Astira Capital Partners, the Boston-based private equity firm, has named Lunon its AI transformation partner. The work begins at CallRevu, the conversation intelligence platform for automotive dealerships that Astira acquired in 2025.

Why Astira

Astira backs specialist services businesses, companies built on the expertise of their people. Expertise is what applied AI extends furthest, and Astira has put AI at the center of its strategy: last week the firm named Manoj Kothiyal, formerly a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, its Partner and Head of AI. Lunon’s part is to turn that thesis into working systems inside the companies Astira backs.

Starting with CallRevu

CallRevu sits inside the conversation between an automotive retailer and its customers. Its platform captures every call, text, and web lead for over 7,000 dealerships, upward of 700,000 calls a day. Few records say more about what customers want, or about what happens next, which makes CallRevu the natural place to begin.

We will work alongside CEO Neil Moses and the leadership team to find where AI will matter most to the business, then build it and put it into production.
