Our Story

In consulting, the distance between the recommendation and the result is where the value leaks out. A single decision can touch thousands of documents, a dozen systems, and a process that runs through models, memos, and meetings. Being slightly wrong costs the same as being completely wrong. Advice that is right in principle still changes nothing on its own.

Closing that distance isn’t a technology problem alone. Firms have to encode their own judgment into the systems they run on, and someone has to be in the room while it happens. We’ve built that way from the start, alongside people who spent their careers as consultants, engineers, investors, and operators at the institutions we now serve.

The result is a firm that deploys: engineers inside your work, shipping systems instead of slides.
